Really good event & seminars with top fighters.. only an hour away!
Light Contact.
This year we've introduced intermediate fighting divisions for L/C for the first time. We also have introduced the L/C Male & Female fighter if the Tournament.
Having listened to Irish National Coach Jon Mackey we are getting behind the light contact resurgence in Ireland. I hope you guys come out to support the event.
All L/C will be on Saturday! Don't forget the L/C seminar with Elijah & Natasha on Friday in the Arena!

A great session tonight Sonny Ward came down training before he heads off to thailand for some big international Fights wishing him the best of luck
A month's mind mass will be held in Castleisland, Co. Kerry for Denis on April 17th (Easter Monday) at 12 noon in St. Stephen's and St. Johns Church.
All are welcome but there is no expectation that people travel as we had the pleasure of meeting so many of you already in Galway. A few people had expressed interest in coming so that is why we want to share the details.
We will be doing a group hike on Easter Sunday (Carrauntoohill if weather is kind) so you would be welcome to come join us for that too.
If anyone is attending and would like to stay over please let Ailis know ([email protected] / 085 7725133) and we can arrange accommodation. Thanks again to everyone for their support over the past month.
On behalf of Denis’ family I would like to let you know how much we really appreciate the kindness and support shown by members of the all the various Kickboxing clubs in Galway and across Ireland over the past few days (much too many to name!) 😊. The Guard of Honour was very moving and we know how proud Denis would have been to see you all there.
We also appreciate so many of you joining us in the Salthill hotel – it was a lovely opportunity for us to meet you. We were really touched by all the tributes to Denis and the stories so many of you shared. It allowed us to understand the depth of the impact he had on so many people’s lives – as you probably know he was very modest so kept many of these stories to himself! Hearing the stories and meeting so many of you helped us feel closer to him and realize that Denis wasn’t just special to us but to his wider family in the Galway Kickboxing club and beyond.
You all helped make his funeral a celebration of his life rather than a sober affair which was our hope as we know it would have been Denis’ wish. I’m sure Denis would want you all to keep up all the great work that is evident in the club and to continue to support and care for each other in what we have come to know is a very unique community of people.
On Denis’ last visit to Kerry he gave me a pair of boxing gloves… I’ll have to break them in now and come visit some time!
