All in a fun comfortable environment.

We believe that dance provides an opportunity for students to develop rhythm, strength, coordination, flexibility and fluidity of movement while building character and self esteem. We seek to provide excellence in dance training for all ages and all levels of students, whether or not students intend on becoming professional dancers. This instruction is achieved through individual and group teaching where students are trained in proper dance technique, are inspired to be creative and supported to be their best. Genevieve Ryan Dance Academy was established in 2009

Feeling very Nicole Kidman in last week’s Adult Hip Hop 💋

Laura brought the sass and the whole class matched it. Our Adult Hip Hop class is full right now, with a waitlist open.

Want to start sooner? Our Adult Jazz and Adult Contemporary classes still have a few trial spots left for the end of this month. Send us a DM or sign up through our website.

If your little one is forever dancing around the kitchen, they’d fit right in at Happy Feet 💛

Every week we get to watch them come out of class bursting to show someone their new moves, and honestly, that bit never gets old.

We have a few trial spots left in our Renmore and Moycullen classes, so send us a DM if you’d like your child to give it a go.

The hen party upgrade you didn't know you needed. 💃

Gather your crew, choose your theme and your music, and we'll handle the rest. Our team creates exclusive GRDA choreography made just for your group, no experience needed, so everyone can jump in and have a laugh.

And it's not only hens. We also do weddings, birthdays, first dances and corporate events.

Got something coming up? Send us a DM and let's make it one to remember. 🩷

There's a lot more going on in a dance team than the dancing.

They learn to stick with something hard. To mess up in front of people and go again. To carry their bit so the team works. The trophies are nice, but it's these lessons that last well beyond the stage.

A place on a team isn't as easy as it looks. Dancers work for it, and only some get there, which is exactly what makes it mean so much when they do.

If your child's on a team, that's a real achievement. And if it's what they're working toward, it's a goal worth every bit of the effort.

There's a particular kind of quiet backstage right before a team goes on. Then the music starts, and months of rehearsals turn into two minutes that fly by.

Our dancers lived all of that this weekend at the Aaron Dwyer competition, the nerves, the focus, the group huddles, the relief after. Swipe through to see how they got on 👏

To every dancer who walked out there, and every teacher who prepped them for it, this one's yours. 🩷
