Classes start Monday 31 August across all our locations. We cannot wait to see our returning dancers and welcome the new families joining us this season.

It’s here! Adult Contemporary joins our timetable this season and we could not be more excited about this one.

This is for every adult who has wanted to move freely and actually feel it, not just count steps. Think flowing choreography, floorwork and technique that builds real strength and confidence every single week.

And you are in brilliant hands. Emily brings over 20 years of training and a genuine passion for helping dancers grow in confidence and self-expression.

Mondays 7.30 to 8.30pm at Headford Road, ages 18+.

It all kicks off 31 August.

We are so proud to share that A Thriller in Eyre Square has been named a finalist at Dance Awards Ireland 2026 in the Community Dance Project category.

Last October, Eyre Square filled up with people dancing together. No auditions, no experience needed. This one belongs to everyone who showed up.

Pre-Teen Dance Club is one of the best places for a young dancer to figure out what they love.

It moves fast and covers a lot, so there is always something new to try and never a dull minute. For the 9 to 12s who want more than one style, this is the one.

Now enrolling in Renmore and Ballinderreen, Mondays 5 to 6pm with teachers Laura Ray and Gillian.

Adult Hip Hop is back, and the first class lands Wednesday 2 September.

Our GRDA adults have already started signing up and we are so excited to welcome new dancers into the room too.

All levels welcome, whether you have danced before or you are starting from scratch. It is a good sweat without ever feeling like hard work. Fresh choreography every week, music up loud, and a group that just turns up to move and have a laugh.
