Hello everyone! Just to let u know about the new Gym.

The Bodyworks Galway
The Body Works Galway is Galway’s newest fitness studio. We are located adjacent to Parkmore in Briarhill Business park about a seven minute walk from the Parkmore Industrial Estate and Briarhill Shopping Centre.

The fitness studio consists of a spinning studio at ground floor and an fitness studio at first floor where we provide classes in Kettlebells, Pilates, Yoga,TRX, Body Pump and Circuits .
