The GOAT of Smith machines has landed in Mervue🔥

We tracked down and installed the legendary Gen 1 Cybex Smith Machine, widely regarded as one of the greatest Smith machines ever built.

Built like a tank, smooth as glass and seriously hard to come by. Good luck finding another one of these anywhere else in Galway🤫

To back it up, we’ve also added a lineup of Nautilus Nitro equipment:

• Lateral Raise: constant side-delt tension
• Pec Fly: maximum chest contraction
• Seated Dip: heavy, joint-friendly tricep loading
• Preacher Curl: arriving early next week⏳

THE WAREHOUSE GYM MERVUE OPEN DAY, SUNDAY JULY 19TH 2026🔥

We are absolutely delighted to host our Mervue Open Day this Sunday, July 19th, marking the end of months of renovations and upgrades🙌🏼

The day will be jam-packed with FREE classes, live DJs, mental health themed tattoos with in aid of .house , limited edition €5 ‘Brighter Days’ shakes with proceeds donated to Pieta and plenty more happening throughout the gym👏🏻

Our free Pilates and HYROX classes are open to members AND non-members. Mervue and Gold members can book through the TWG app, while all other members and non-members can contact Mervue reception to book. Spaces are limited!

Day passes will be completely FREE all day and, instead of paying the usual day pass fee, we’re encouraging anyone visiting to make a donation to Pieta House instead💚 The €30 membership sign-up fee will also be waived for anyone joining Mervue on the day.

Ger from will be offering small mental health themed tattoos in exchange for donations directly to Pieta🖤 Our pre-booked TWG tattoos in exchange for memberships will also be taking place, including getting branded with the BIG TWG logo for his Lifetime Gold Membership🔥 We’ll be matching the TWG tattoos with our own donations to Pieta.

The link between physical and mental health is something we feel incredibly strongly about at TWG. For so many, the gym is more than training. It’s a routine, an outlet and a community💚

Cash donation buckets and online QR codes will be available throughout the gym on the day, so we encourage everyone to donate whatever they can.

With the All-Ireland Final also taking place this Sunday, we’ll be packing the main Open Day action into 9am to approximately 3pm, But don’t worry, FREE day passes and our waived €30 Mervue membership sign-up fee will still be available all day✅

Tattoos at TWG Mervue in aid of .house 🖤

On Sunday 19th July, The Warehouse Gym Mervue and are coming together to raise funds and awareness for Pieta, a charity providing free support to people experiencing suicidal distress, engaging in self-harm, and those bereaved by su***de.

As a gym, we know just how important movement can be for mental and physical wellbeing, so supporting this incredible cause was something we wanted to get behind.

Ger from will be tattooing from approximately 10am-6pm, offering a range of small mental health-themed tattoos in exchange for a donation to Pieta.

We’ve also decided to do something a little different…

Get a small Warehouse Gym logo tattoo (available 11am-3pm by pre-booking only) and receive a FREE 1 Year Gold Membership. We’ll also make an additional donation to Pieta for every TWG logo tattoo completed.

For the brave… there’s one spot available for a large TWG logo tattoo, which comes with a Lifetime Gold Membership to every Warehouse Gym location.

We’ll also have loads happening throughout the day including free gym day passes (with donations encouraged), live DJs, classes, free sample shakes from and much more to be announced.

TWG logo tattoo spaces are limited, so please DM us to secure your booking. All other tattoos will be available on a walk-in basis.
