It was an absolute pleasure to facilitate creative wellness workshops with the incredible volunteers of COPE Galway
Through gentle art-making, reflection, and moments of shared stillness, we explored the power of creativity as a form of expression and renewal. These volunteers give so much of themselves to the community, and it was an honour to create space for them to pause, connect, and refill their own cups.
Gratitude also to COPE Galway team for the vital work you do and for inviting us in to support your amazing volunteers.

Happy International Women’s Day to all strong, fabulous women!
Artwork exhibited at the Galway City Partnership event was created by a group of diverse, international women that participated in Art therapy group- Wellbeing through art facilitated by Red Door Studio in collaboration with Bridge Project. With 5 different languages present in the workshops, some of them not speaking any English, they explored the common language of art to communicate in a profound way.
