This workshop is for ALL running levels and NO previous yoga experience required!!!
We will move through a yoga practice to meet all the needs of a runner , targeting muscle groups and tissues specific to running.
We will explore how yoga can significantly support your recovery and cultivate your physical and mental stamina !!
No previous yoga experience required.
