Did you know it was this legends 50th birthday today?!!

Huge Happy Birthday to Coach Ayshea Ullah

You’ve inspired so many women, men and children through your passion for Strongman and Powerlifting, and you’ve grown alongside it, encouraging countless others to do the same.

The gym though… you’re definitely the most feared if we forget to put something back where it belongs! 😂 Thank you for keeping us all in check.

Hope you have an amazing day! You somewhat deserve it! 🎂💪🤪

A massive congratulations to Coach Ayshea on an incredible performance at the Log & Deadlift competition this weekend! 💪🏆

Ayshea is undeniably strong, but her success is built on so much more than strength alone. She’s the perfect example of what consistency, patience, and resilience can achieve. Even when injuries arise, she focuses on her rehab, adapts her training, listens to her body, and keeps showing up.

Results like these don’t happen overnight—they’re earned through dedication, smart training, and never giving up. We’re so proud of everything you’ve achieved, Ayshea! 👏🔥

Training should feel intense. No matter your level, if you’re truly pushing yourself, it’s going to feel tough

Intensity looks and feels different for everyone.
What challenges one person might be completely different for another, and that’s exactly how it should be.

Your intensity can also change from session to session. Some days you’ll feel stronger, some days not - but it’s about showing up and giving what you can each time. That’s where progress is built.

Intensity gets you started…
Consistency and work ethic are what actually get you results!

Women in Sport Week Spotlight 💪🏉

Next up is .tracey77 a woman whose dedication to sport both on and off the field is truly inspiring.

Tracey has a strong rugby background, playing for many years and winning three All-Ireland medals during her career. After hanging up the boots, she continued giving back to the sport by coaching the Galwegians RFC senior women’s team for two seasons, helping guide them to silverware success.

Her commitment to club life goes far beyond the pitch too, as she has been an integral part of the club community, running the rugby club bar for the past 10 years.

Outside of sport, Tracey completed a year of pre-nursing before qualifying as an EMT, and now works as a healthcare assistant. She balances all of this with family life as a busy mum of three teenagers and partner to Keith.

A fantastic example of dedication, resilience, and passion for sport and community. 👏
