The 2026 v 2016 trend. The big thing is the gym has come a long way and the staff remain the same! It says a lot when you’ve 4 trainers in the same place for 10+ years. We must be doing something right! Christ the craic was mighty back then and life was simpler. Now we are all slightly more responsible but bring a bit more experience to the table. A few grey hairs and a few no hairs at all. That is life 😂

A reminder when you think you need go 0-100 just because the month changed. Keep’er lit all year round and remember training once or twice a week for the year is better than 5 times a week for only a few weeks
