🚴 GALWAY TRIBES RL SPINATHON 2026 🚴
We’re excited to announce our 12-Hour Spinathon on Saturday, 25th July, from 11am–11pm at The Hole in the Wall! 🎉
Our goal? To keep TWO spin bikes going continuously for 12 hours with club members, supporters, family and friends taking turns in the saddle! 💪🚴
This fundraiser is all about supporting Galway Tribes RL, but more importantly, helping our players who proudly represent Ireland on the international stage. 🇮🇪
Unlike many sports, our international players are responsible for covering much of their own travel costs. We’re hoping to ease that financial burden so they can continue representing both club and country.
❤️ 10% of all funds raised will also be donated to MS Ireland.
It promises to be a fantastic day with:
🎶 Live music
🎟️ A raffle (prizes to be announced 👀)
🎯 Fun games and events throughout the day
🚴 Plenty of opportunities to cheer on our spinners and get involved!
Whether you can sponsor a rider, buy a raffle ticket, stop by for a few hours or even jump on a bike yourself, every bit of support makes a huge difference.
📲 Scan the QR codes on the poster to donate or purchase raffle tickets.
Let’s come together as a club and community to support our international athletes and make this our biggest fundraiser yet! 🩵

Galway Tribes women Played Dublin blues Women on Saturday in what became a challenge due to logistical problems for Blues travelling " The league fixture will now be played on the 4th July."
In only their 2nd game of Rugby League The Blues Competed in all aspects of the Game tackling hard and attacking with pace.
The Tribeswomen with 5 or 6 new comers to league were in control throughout tho with Irish Internationals Aifric Ni Ghibne , Holly Odwyer and Stacy Hanley controlling play and structure.
The game was very fast paced from Tribes at times and the inexperienced Blues found it hard to slow their momentum. In the early parts of the game Tribes were dominant in attack and Defence.
That said the Blues have the makings of a very good team and their grit saw them win the last 20 minutes of play. The game is on Youtube and well worth a watch.
