Dear Parents .
On Sunday, November 20th , an active day is planned for your children, there will be many attractions, of course your presence will be required so that we can get to know each other and talk.

On Friday we always work with children, our group has grown.
Of course Alfie is always willing to help and that's why he started working on his work experience.
our group is strong and solid.
My teenagers students help me regularly with training and I thank them for that.
I promise to give you less push-ups.
Discipline and self-defense guided yesterday's training, we worked on hamers, jab, cross, low kick and defense against front choke.

Absolutely a great evening with such a group tonight.
It was very intense and a lot was happening. The training was mixed adults and teenagers. We were working on the defense against weapons. great training was done.
