I am officially on maternity leave from work.
Who new that such small feet could leave such a big imprints on your heart ❤️
Happiness is on its way!

Core? Yes but you have to add mobility drills in segments above and below (check my last videos!).

⛳Facts: There is no collaboration between how long you can hold your plank and back injuries.
⛳Fact: Stability exercises alone won’t protect you from lower back pain. If there is No mobility in the Hip joint and Thoracic spine then your body will try to compensate..

⛳Conclusion: performing Core exercises and hoping that this will protect your back from injuries is a mistake. Focus on a functional movement approach. Work on your stability in the lumbo-pelvic area and gaining mobility in the thoracic spine to assist the hip joints!

♦️1. Begin seated on your sitting bones with knees bent and fit flat (do not allow feet to lift). Extended your arms forward and roll half way down to the floor. Then rotate you upper body to the side and extend your arms by your ears.
♦️2.Extend your legs and arms, begin with forward bent then keeping your spine rounded, roll down one vertebrae at the time (do not allow your feet to lift of the floor). More advance versions: hands on the forehead, hands at the back of your head/ knees bent feet flat on the floor.
♦️3.Half roll down (like in exercises one) and rotate your spine by let one arm lead you, head fallows true.
♦️4.Feet bent, hands at the back of the head, elbows in 45degree angle, crunch and rotate your upper body toward one side while keeping you pelvis stable. Then legs to table top position, and add opposite leg extension.

Thank you watching!
