🏆 Grace Connaughton was the cream of the crop today in Kilglass Gaels and became the U14 Girls Connaught Wall Ball champion 👏.

🥳This is simply a fantastic achievement for an 11 year old to have topped the competition at the U14 age group. She met fierce competition from Leitrim & Roscommon but Grace displayed great patience today and played superb handball along the way to securing her place in the All Irelands in the coming weeks 🇮🇪 .

🇱🇻Everyone at the club is so proud of you Grace, all your hard work is paying off💪.

👏 Well done to our other juveniles who were out today and gained more great experience with some tough matches.

🤝 Congrats also to fellow Galwegian Kerril Hynes Claregalway Handball Club who also won his grade today and who will also play in the All Irelands.

With an early start in Ballina this morning the girls finishing 4th in the group stages which secured a semi-final place in Division 2. The Padraza sister's won their round but unfortunately on overall aces we came up short missing out on the final but valuable experience gained today.

Thanks to Ballina Handball Club for their warm welcome and hospitality. We had a great day.
