No matter how busy someone becomes/is or gets - if you cannot make time for you being #1 - something's wrong.
This isn't just for training and eating better either- when you focus on yourself more - everything else get's better and it will brush off on the people that are most around you too.
It's not to say forgot about everyone else and focus on yourself- but if you're currently not looking after yourself in any shape or form, maybe it's time to start πͺ

Food doesn't have to be boring π§ it's good to mix it up now and again.
4 eggs π³ & 2 mashed bananas π mixed together. I added frozen raspberries but you can add what ever filling you like.
Leave in oven for 10/15 minutes π€π€ (just make sure to to line the tin π I forgot and still cleaning the tray π) great snack on the go ππ»

Loving front squats this month ππΌββοΈ
Not as popular as the back squat but because the load is placed on front of your body it requires more of an upright body position which I feel my core firing massively π₯
It has a great carry over to the high bar back squat because your fighting to keep your upper body/chest in position & keep your core braced to, which when people start to get strong in the squat struggle with big time.

When I started weight training first I was scared to lift any weights telling myself I wouldn't be able too and left them to the lads π having as a coach soon changed my mindset π & the proper results started πͺπ» Doc Fitness

Always find it a struggle to hit my protein intake daily- was making a coffee this afternoon and decided to try adding a scoop of protein to it!!! OMG why did it take me this long to figure this out π³
1 teaspoon of coffee with hot water in a cup as normal then one scoop of vanilla protein powder with water or milk shake as normal and mix both together πππ Myprotein

Little tip to stop eating the full pot of peanut butter- π (which easy happens when you have such a big tub & a spoon π) I kept this little pot of Nutella when I was finished firstly because it was so cute & now it's my peanut butter portion ππ keeps me on track with my macros- 30g of peanut butter instead of 300g!!!
