Connacht Taekwon-Do

Blue- Black belt seminar, complete. Report by Ms. Louise Hammond:

“I have just completed today’s Blue-to-Black Belt seminar, and It was an outstanding session. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The level of detail Master Fitzgibbon went into when explaining the patterns gave me a completely new understanding of each movement and its purpose. Learning how to perform the techniques and why they were designed that way really brought the patterns to life. His explanations of the military origins and practical applications of the movements gave me a much deeper appreciation for the history and purpose behind the patterns.

The self-defence and kicking sections were equally excellent. Breaking the techniques down step by step made them much easier to understand and highlighted the importance of correct ex*****on and practical application.

Even though the seminar was three hours long, it honestly felt like it flew by. It was engaging, informative, and packed with knowledge from start to finish. I left with a much greater understanding and plenty to work on in my own training. Thank you, again, for sharing your knowledge and experience. It was a fantastic seminar, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of Taekwon-Do.
