Join us in the stunning Radisson RED Galway on Saturday, July 25th, for a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your body and mind.

This Summer Sculpt & Reset workshop is designed to help you feel invigorated and rested in your body, allow you to release mental and emotional clutter, and create space for the months ahead with greater clarity and intention.

During the workshop, you’ll be guided through an invigorating YogaLates flow, relaxing Yin, gentle meditation, calming breath-work and reflective journaling.

You’ll have the opportunity to reflect on the first half of the year—celebrating your progress, acknowledging any challenges, and identifying what you’d like to let go of before moving forward into the final two seasons of 2026.

We’ll explore simple, practical ways to create balance throughout the summer, helping you feel more grounded, energised, and aligned with what matters most to you.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, or simply looking for an opportunity to pause and recharge, this workshop offers a gentle space to reset both mind and body.

No previous experience required – just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to slow down.
