Nicola holds a Masters degree in community development and has nine years experience working in the field in various roles, specializing in providing training aiming to empower people to enhance their quality of life at both a community and individual level. Her personal exploration of connection-centred work is ongoing. Originally from South Wales, she has been living in Galway, Ireland, for 13 years.
