The sunshine is having a moment here in Ireland... but for some women, thatโs not exciting. โฃ

Many of us who grew up in the โ80s and โ90s were surrounded by magazines that literally zoomed in on celebritiesโ cellulite, โbingo wings,โ stretch marks and every other so-called flaw. โฃ

Session one in Ballyvaughan last weekend was a great success! Sea air, kettlebell throws on the grass, people trying swings for the first time, others getting properly challenged, loads of laughs, and that lovely feeling after training outdoors.โฃ

We did swings, alternating swings, carries, squats, mobility, partner work, and a few spicy little finishers thrown in too ๐ชโฃ
