6 years ago this week we took a leap and bought a gym. We inherited an already vibrant community and developed it into an unmatchable one. Lots of love, sweat, tears and passion were and are put into Limitless every day.
Some of our greatest joy comes from what we get to do as leaders, coaches and athletes. And even more comes from seeing our members thrive and grow.

6 years has flown by, with an incredible amount of memories. Here’s to the next 6!

Who’s getting after their training today? All of our classes at CrossFit Limitless are purposefully programmed and coached so that your are training to be the best version of yourself, not just exercising for the sake of it.

Every now and again each coach, gym owner or trainer needs to be reminded why we choose to do what we do every day.
That answer has to be showing up for your members or athletes every day. Without question.

We were presented with the letter I have posted here a few years back - and to this day I will take a few mins to read through it when I need to and take all of it in.
And it reminds me - It’s about them. Not about you.

Care. That’s all we have to do. Everything else is just complicating the simplest of things.
