Following on from last post, here’s to a great weekend in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
Congrats to Jean on coming 2nd in her age category. Had a brilliant race.
Congrats to Eimear who did fantastic in her first Ironman 70.3, having had a super race.
Stephen has now completed 6 full and 6 half Ironmen! Wow!
And last but certainly not least, the ball didn’t quite bounce Kevins way this time on a tough swim course! But we all know he’ll be back better and stronger next time. 💪🏼 keep up the training😊

Huge congrats to Iarlagh on completing her first Ironman! We are all totally in awe of her and how she executed this race. Conditions were not ideal. A surprisingly tough swim to start, a windy, hot and hilly bike course and then a marathon in sweltering heat! But Iarlagh had a plan and stuck to it. We are so so proud of her and dying to see what’s next… 💕💪🏼 Iarlagh….. YOU ARE AN IRONMAN👏👏👏👏👏

The journey to the European championships starts here for Paul and Angela.
This will be Angela Collins first time to compete for Team Ireland 🇮🇪. She started her journey competing in the Duathlon Series and progressed to winning her age group in the 2025 Duathlon Series on her path to the Euros.
This is going to be Paul Flynn’s second outing in the green jersey 🇮🇪. Paul competed in 3 events (Duathlon & Triathlon) in the 2024 European Multisport Championship in Coimbra Portugal.
