Best of luck to Róisín Sammon and the connachtfa schools squad who will take part in the faischools interprovincial competition in Athlone from Monday to Wednesday next week. A great honour for Róisín and the club to be selected on the squad which features several of her teammates from the presathenry side which won the national first year cup this year as well as 6 of the galwayfootballassociation Gaynor Cup squad who reached the final back in June. A really talented group which includes players from all over the province currently playing LOI football and they have bags of talent in their boots. We wish them and their coaches well over the 3 days. Match 1 is against Ulster on Monday. Come on Connacht!
