The sweetest two weeks of enquiring, practising, playing, connecting with ourselves and each other. I come away feeling thankful to be part of summer school with all its intensity, joy, craziness, bravery and so much more. Most of all it’s the people and connections. Thank you Luke, Silvia and Merc for putting your heart and soul into this gathering. Thanks to each and every one of you.Till next year….❤️

Petri left a lasting impression on us all. So easy, gentle , kind and sharing the positives of this practice we dearly love. Always fun when the Irish ashtanga community gets together. Thanks to Triona for hosting us, to Flo and Eileen from for feeding us. It was a special few days ❤️

Exciting to be visiting Morocco for the first time. Caught some winter sun on the gorgeous beaches of Taghazout Bay.

It’s been a year of travel, birthdays, friends, family, a new tree for Clodagh’s 30th, a few broken toes that stopped me in my tracks, Conor with us for Christmas. Realisation that life is never going to be perfect but I can make a choice to choose happiness and love as much as I can❤️ Thanks for the good company and inspiration 🙏🏻 Have a good 2026😘.
