A guided relaxation to bring you in to a light altered state of consciousness where you can experience deep rest. This one can be done either lying down with the eyes close, or, if you feel agitated/restless it can also be done sitting up while gazing at the visuals.
-Use good quality earphones for full sound quality.
-Find a quiet spot.
-Either lay down with a light blanket over you or sit and watch the visuals.
-Follow the instructions.
