After over 8 years of hard work and dedication to Peak Fitness, I would like to formally announce our new general manager
Niamh Greene

Shes been there with me from the early days at the back of our house near Inch so shes seen first hand where we started this incredible journey from.
From teaching classes outside in the freezing cold at our house to now managing our brand new state of the art facility is a just reward for her dedication to everything to do with our family that is Peak Fitness.

Dont worry😊😊 This doesnt mean that im going anywhere, its just giving Niamh the official title for her dedication and promotion to manager of our incredible new facility.

What a day it was — and more importantly, what an incredible community we have behind us.
A huge 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐊 𝐘𝐎𝐔 to every single person who: 🏋️ Took part in the Games, Came along and supported, Sponsored the event, Donated to the Irish Cancer Society, Helped spread the word or simply showed up and got behind the cause ☺️

Every bit of support helped us raise an incredible €𝟗,𝟒𝟎𝟎 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲, and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful.

Events like this are a reminder that 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 & 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠. It’s about people, community, supporting one another and coming together for something bigger than ourselves.

A trip of a lifetime.... Mont Blanc Summit

Many Many years ago I had a dream to stand on this Summit at some point in my life.
This desire was heightened last summer when I was over in Chamonix on a running camp and I looked up at the summit every single day, and simply just thought to myself..... I wonder what its like up there 👀👀👀

Well I can tell you all now..... that it was simply incredible😍😍😍 To sit on top and now look down into the amazing town of Chamonix was of the best feeling ever.
There was some really challenging sections on the route up which tested me in so many different ways but I wasn't going to let my fear of heights stop me achieving one of my lifetime dreams.

To experience sleeping high up in the mountain huts was such a special feeling. Sitting on the famous Tete Rousse 'Beach'🤣 the night before we went for the summit was something I will never forget. To just sit there and watch climbers crossing the Grand Colouir and to think that I will head up there in a few hours will live with me for the rest of my life😍😍 the most amazing feeling.
