Come and give it a try!

I'll guide you through a gentle yoga flow practice that is suitable for everybody.

All you need to bring is a mat, blanket, cosy socks a pillow/cushion and a water bottle.

A very relaxed way to start your sunny Sunday!

Just pop down to the beach with your mat/towel & drinking water, and I'll guide you through a gentle, grounding, deep stretch practice followed by a relaxation meditation, all to the sound of the sea.

I'm getting ready to go back indoors into this cosy space Aspire Dance Academy
Not only is it beautiful and bright, but it also has "Underfloor Heating"

You'll be nice and toasty for your relaxation meditation at the end of class.

We'll be starting back next Monday, 14th September.

Beach yoga will continue as long as the weather permits

Swimwear is optional, but sooooo worth it!

Breakfast optional too - food always tastes nicer on the beach

I'll keep going as long as the weather permits

Saturday's looking good

Please bring a mat/towel to practice on and a water bottle. Temperatures have dropped, so please bring a hoodie.
Wind forcast is nice and low

Optional swimwear & flask/ breakfast on the beach
