🌊 We’re heading to Dunmoran Strand this Sunday! ☀️

Join Daniel Gallagher and Ocean FM live from Sauna Sásta from 2pm–6pm, as they celebrate their 2nd Anniversary and raise vital funds for The Alzheimer Society of Ireland. 💙

Come down and enjoy an open sauna, pop-up yoga, face painting, a kids’ sandcastle competition, trad music, Bakes & Cakes, raffle, spot prizes and plenty more family fun!

🌊 Sligo County Council are delighted to announce that Sligo’s beaches have been awarded 2 Blue Flags and 4 Green Coast Awards for 2026

Rosses Point and Enniscrone have once again achieved dual Blue Flag and Green Coast status, recognising their outstanding water quality, facilities, and environmental management.

Dunmoran Strand and Streedagh have also retained their Green Coast Awards, celebrating their unspoilt natural beauty and strong community involvement 🌿

A fantastic achievement reflecting the dedication of our communities, volunteers, and staff in protecting our beautiful coastline 🌿
