🍃Autumn news🍂 🍂 As Autumn Settles In… the longer evenings invite us to slow down, breathe deeply, and ground ourselves. This is the season of letting go, turning inward, and finding warmth and steadiness — both on and off the mat.

Summer Break Notice – Yoga Classes

Please be advised that all yoga classes will be on a scheduled summer break from 31 July through 21 August. Classes will resume as normal on Friday 22 August.

We encourage you to maintain your personal practice during this time and look forward to welcoming you back refreshed and renewed🙏🏻

Join us on Wednesday 27 December 9-11am at The Old Schoolhouse in Delgany for a special 2 hr Christmas charity yoga class in aid of Greystones Cancer Support.
We will blend together two types of Yoga styles - starting with strengthening, dynamic, vigorous and energising Ashtanga Vinyasa followed by softening, soothing, grounding Yin, which help to bring vitality & balance to the body and keep your mind calm & focused. This special session will finish with a few gentle Pranayama (breathing exercises) practices to prepare for Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
Everyone with some yoga experience is welcome to join🤗
