Fatbike Adventures is all about bringing back the buzz that people first got when they learnt to ride a bike. Fatbikes can be ridden anywhere by anyone.

Fatbike Adventures is the brainchild of founders Ian Boltt and Wayne Morris who hatched a plan to spread the fat biking phenomenon in late 2015 after spending many an hour traversing the historic, the ancient and the wild inaccessible bogs & beaches in and around Ireland. Fatbike Adventures is a part of Figjam Cycles a company that imports high end mountain bikes and mountain bike parts from all o

ver the world into the Irish and UK biking markets. If you're mad into mtb, you love cycling your bike, you like beer and you're looking for a bike shop with a unique twist or you're simply planning your next European tour then look no further, Fatbike Adventures and Figjam Cycles are looking forward to hearing from you so don't delay, get in touch ASAP. We also pride ourselves on being beer aficionado's we LOVE CRAFT BEER, Irish beer, breweries and brewing our own beer. Several of our tours incorporate a visit to a local craft brewery and all beer is completely vegan friendly - true story! Our fatbike bike rental fleet currently consists of Surly Ice Cream Truck fatbikes, Surly Pugsley fatbikes, Rocky Mountain Blizzard fatbikes, REEB fatbikes and Mondraker Panzer fatbikes. If your kids like to pedal we even have childrens bikes. The rage that is the fat tire bike / the snow bike aka the fatbike is no longer an inaccessible thing, if you are 'fat curious' then book your bike ride with us. We know the local trails near me and bike trails throughout Ireland like the back of our hands. We are a fully fledged bike shop offering bikes sales, servicing, upgrades, guided tours and bike rental for all ages. There are plans afoot to equip our fleet with bike packing bags, touring bike options to blow your mind. Adventure cycling is about to enter a whole new era with Fatbike Adventures. Fatbike tours are the new mtb tours, they are accessible and fun for everyone regardless of age age or ability. Figjam Cycles are the Irish agents for Lauf forks, Gates Carbon Drive, Rohlof Speedhub, Rockshox Bluto, Tumble and Fall lights, Pyga Industries, Nextie Carbon Rims, Rocky Mountain bikes, Surly bikes (surly ICT) and Reeb Cycles.
