We are back with our “Sauna Sessions”, with none other than Jill Deering

This night is about more than a gig. Jill is playing for one reason…
“to bring people together through music”.
When it’s needed most!
So there’s no extra charge, and 100% of the proceeds from every seat in the heat goes straight to The Sameer Project

Playing both evenings 🌆 and mornings 🌅
Blackrock📍 location , to showcase the difference of atmospheres vibes and energy 🎵🙌🏽
October 9th 18:00pm
October 16th 07:00am
October 23rd 18:00pm

It’s about getting back to basics. Music is one of the great equalisers, and we know it can still help in every way, shape and form. Put it in the heat with good people and you’ve got a night worth showing up for.

Music. Sauna. Humanity. What a night to celebrate all three 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

And to make it the ultimate autumn date night, one lucky winner will also win dinner at Little Forest 🍕 Warm heat, live music, dinner after. Autumn done right 🍂

If any other local businesses want to get involved please get in touch and help an amazing cause 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Seats in the heat are limited.

Episode 2 with 🎙️🔥

The highs and lows is exactly what being ‘Healthy’ is about. About being able to talk about and celebrating the achievements just as much as the heartaches. There’s many sides to this conversation.
From the early days at the Forty Foot to now sitting together in Blackrock - some things have changed, but the love for cold water, good chats and community hasn’t.

Gary was one of the first people to experience Fad Saoil, so in this episode, Steve and Gary look back at those early days, what the community was like when it was just getting started, and how that journey has brought them both to Blackrock.

The places change. The stories grow. The community stays.

🎧 Episode 2 with Gary Fox - out now.

LONG LIFE SERIES | GUEST 2

What does being healthy actually mean?

The second of our guests in our Long Life Series is our good friend . Fad Saoil founder Steve Crosbie goes beyond the usual conversations around fitness, nutrition and longevity.

They talk openly about mental health, the challenges life can bring, IVF, relationships and the devastating impact of losing a close friend to su***de during COVID.

Because health isn’t just about how long we live. It’s about how we feel, how we cope, the people around us and the choices we make every day.

A raw and honest conversationand an important reminder that looking after yourself means looking after all of yourself.

🎥 The first in our Gary Fox snippets is live now.
