At St Cocas AC, we've been blessed, and well served over many years, by Jimmy and his colleagues in Kildare Civil Defence. Condolences from a grateful club and community to his family, friends and colleagues, may he rest in peace.

Every competitor, supporter and volunteer helped make it such a special day. We hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did.

A very competitive field resulted in very strong performances and it was brilliant to watch. The overall winner was Hugh Armstrong from Ballina Athletic Club in a time of 50:01 and the first female over the line Alice Wright from Dublin Track Club with a brilliant new course record of 55:07👏
