A massive congratulations to the KDUL u13s Girls who won the U13 Girls Galway Cup this afternoon beating a very good Cavan Monaghan team 2-0 in the Cup Final.

We are lucky to have 3 of our U13s girls team representing Newbridge United proudly - Hannah O’Keeffe, Ella Berney, & Lucy Sheedy pictured below with the trophy.

Well done to all the girls from all the various clubs in Kildare and to coaches - Greg, Stacey & Juliette

The club would like to congratulate the KDUL U13s on winning their group in the Galway Cup. It’s a great achievement by the girls and shows how strong girls football is getting in Kildare. Well done to Greg and all the coaches.

We also have to as a club take great pride in the fact that we have 3 of our own girls - Ella, Hannah & Lucy - been part of the team.

We have come along way in 2 years and it’s a credit to Rob and all the girl coaches in our club that we are so well represented.

Senior Division

An excellent team performance from our First Team as they secured an impressive 4–0 victory over Coill Dubh at Corrigan Park.

Goals from Ryan Kearney, Jerry Collins, Matthew Sherlock and Sam Rooney completed a strong result and a valuable three points. 🔴⚫

Masters Division 2

A brilliant performance from our Masters on Saturday evening as they recorded a 4–1 victory over Maynooth Town.

A superb hat-trick from Shane O’Brien, with Brian McCormack also on the scoresheet, secured all three points for Newbridge United. 🔴⚫

Wishing our 2013 squad the very best of luck as they head to Galway to compete in the Galway Cup! 🍀⚽️

Everyone at the club would like to congratulate our senior manager Jamie O Connor and his partner Lauren on the birth of their first baby. We have been assured that Mammy and baby are doing well and enjoying a well-earned rest. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
