You may have family or friends who may be interested in the over 50s training. Please pass on information.
Basically it’s an introduction to paddling day aimed at beginners over the age of 50. Places are limited. It will cost only €20 plus booking fee to register because the event is subsidised by Age and Opportunity. Lunch will be provided.

This is a chance to see if kayaking is for you in a welcoming no-pressure atmosphere!
Experience the fun of kayaking on the River Liffey with our introduction day. If you’re looking to try something different or seeking a lively way to stay active, this introductory day provides an easy-going and enjoyable start to kayaking. You’ll get the opportunity to take in the natural beauty of Kilcullen from the perspective of the Liffey, pick up some basic paddling skills, and discover whether kayaking is something you want to take up!
This day is subsided by Age and Opportunity with the aim of promoting increased participation in recreational sport or physical activity for people aged over 50.

Big shout out to our members who cleared trees on the river Liffey, ensuring the Ballymore Eustace to Kilcullen race gets underway smoothly. Looking forward to seeing everyone on the 12th of April

We were delighted to host the first ever She Paddles Polo event this Sunday. had 16 enthusiastic paddlers on the water , some trying out Polo for the first time and other more experienced players getting time to build on skills.

A very big well done to the organisers Laura King and our very own Roisin Rua Phelan. On their behalf they would like to extend their thanks to everyone who came down. We look forward to more SHEPP days.
