Bank Holiday Monday done right

We had an amazing start to the day with our Tabata Master class strong effort great energy and so much fun. The weather was on our side which made it even better lots of laughter a powerful workout and some delicious food after.

Trained well fed and happy exactly how a Bank Holiday should feel.

We do this every Bank Holiday so you are always welcome to join us next time. Our pay as you go option is always available so anyone can come and try Tabata outdoors or indoors or join any of our classes.
