A massive thanks to all players who took part but, an even bigger thanks to . If it wasn’t for her taking over the draws and keeping things moving, we could’ve had a lot of disasters. So thanks again to Janet. Also another thanks to Jonny who was in early every week as well to help set things up & usually have a large bottle and a pint on the table waiting as soon as setup is finished. Without you players & helpers, these tournaments wouldn’t be possible.

1st Game of Paul Irving & Gary Broughan starts at 7:30pm sharp on board 1.

So after a long few weeks of battling it out, we finally have our top 16 on the table and our Seeded Draw ready to rock for finals night on the 7th of June.

Tonight’s winner = Joe Mc, edges him ahead of Brendan Donnelly in our rankings. Shane Smullen narrowly surpasses David Doyle, but all eyes are on our Top Dog Paul Irving as he’s still in the number one spot.

Seeded draw can be figured from the table below, but will be updated on paper during the week.

This weeks Shield winner is Adam Nolan, who beat Ray Timmins in the final.

In Finals night, first round losers will go into the shield for money Prize and trophy.

Last weeks winner Brendan Donnelly bowed out in the first round and was dumped into the shield but righted a few wrongs and went on to win it.

Paul Irving prevailed in the cup after last weeks final defeat to make it 4 finals in a row and 2 wins from 4 events. Beating the on form Shane Smullen.

One more week to go before our finals night on the 7th of June.

7pm Registration tonight again for the second last week of our super league.

Things are getting tight at the top:

Will Joe Mc go all the way and get over the line this time.
Will Dave Doyle get his mojo back.
