First duathlon 🫡

🚴♂️ 40km – 1:23:16 (PB)
🏃♂️ 5km – 22:40
That last 5k… coming off the bike was an out-of-body experience 😅
Unofficially 3rd place too, although the results page seems to be having a bit of a meltdown! 🤣
Such a great experience and a nice change from the usual. Definitely won’t be the last one.
The best part? Having my number one supporters there to see me cross the finish line. 🫶🏻❤️

RACE DEBRIEF…. 🫡
Hahah! Yeah right! Nobody cares! Im not that important! 🤣
🔥 - Berlin was warm.
🦵🏻- I HATE (with a passion) lunges.
🏃🏻 - Training up to this was the best ever! Loved the running volume and it showed.
⏰ - Delighted with my time.
⏭️ - Next Break 60 doubles. 🤝
