Ladies as you know we are fast approaching Christmas (YAY!!) so we only have TWO weeks left of Piloxing classes!!
For the next two weeks the classes will be held IN CLANE GAA (same time)

Apologies for the inconvenience with the venue mix up over last while ladies and thanks for being so understanding & patient. I'm getting a BRAND NEW venue sorted for the new year but I will finish off 2016 with two whopper classes in CLANE GAA NEXT TUESDAY 29th Nov and 6th Dec (Our Christmas party!!)

An almost perfect 'flat back second' on the super windy pier in Doolin! This pic was taken about an hour before I twisted my ankle (just walking btw,not doing Piloxing moves on rocks,Lol 😂)
