Our next Autumn Ducklings course starts on Wednesday 30th September 🦆💛

🕛 WHEN: Midday on Wednesday 23rd September

Ducklings is our pre-school swim course designed for children aged three, four and five years, to introduce them to some basic water skills.

This course comprises of four thirty minute sessions taking place on Wednesdays in our Learner Pool.

There are two times to choose from when booking - 2:15pm to 2:45pm or 2:45pm to 3:15pm.

The cost is €55 per child (please note swimming lessons are non-refundable so make sure this is the right lesson for your child before you book).

Groups are small and an Instructor will be in the water with the children at all times. Children should bring their own armbands and have these fitted by parents before getting into the water.

Parents do not get in the water or wait poolside for the children but are welcome to watch all the fun from the viewing gallery on the ground floor.

At the end of the four week course, children will have a greater sense of confidence and independence in the water and will be looking forward to starting lessons when the time comes 😊

Spaces are limited and in very high demand - be ready to book on the 23rd September at midday!

💥Welcome back to a brand new Watershed Gym!

The Gym is reopening on Monday morning (27th July) at 8am and we are looking forward to seeing all our amazing members and pay as you go customers.

Our new Gym is something special and we are very very proud of it. It’s a fresh and modern new space with all brand new equipment that has been, designed to provide you with the best workout experience.

A big thank you to our team whose dedication made this possible and to the gym team who worked hard to continue providing a service during the renovation.

Lastly, to our members and customers, thank you for your outstanding loyalty and for bearing with us while we transformed this space - this is for you - and you deserve it 🫶

Day 1 of our major gym refurbishment is underway!

Don’t forget that it is still possible to get a gym workout done in our studio and that not only are our amazing fitness classes continuing but the timetable has been scaled up to 5️⃣4️⃣ classes per week 😲👊

Thank you to all the amazing children who participated in our Primary Schools' Gala yesterday and today. Every single child represented their school with great pride and determination - all of us here at The Watershed are really proud of you all, well done.

To all the families who had a child taking part - they did you proud, make sure they get heaps of praise and congratulations, they deserve it.

Thank you to all the teachers for observing our guidelines and cooperating with our staff to ensure the day ran smoothly, we appreciate you.

Last and by no means least, thank you to our amazing team of lifeguards and swim teachers and also our receptionists, operations staff and their managers - so much work goes into an event like this - a massive thank you for the huge effort you put into making sure it was a success, and it was - .

Pool Complex will close at 8:30am
Gala will start from 9am
Pool will reopen to all members and customers at 3pm

⭐Wednesday 17th June City Schools' Gala
Pool Complex will close at 8:30am
Gala starting from 9am
Pool will reopen to all members and customers at 1pm

All other departments - Gym, Fitness Classes and Sports facilities operating as normal 🙌
