We are a Kilkenny based kettlebell Sports team,we train, teach and promote the sport known as Girevoy sport. Our club is based in Kilkenny city.
Our goal is to promote,teach and train the sport known as Girevoy Sport. We are a member of the All Ireland Kettlebell Lifting federation (AIKLF), This gives our athletes the oppurtunity to compete in Irish competitions, and if athletes are successful at national trials represent Ireland as part of the Offical Irish National team. Our team train 3 times per week, we have male and female lifters from juniors to seniors. This truley is a sport of all ages and abilities.

Throwback to a game-changing moment in Irish kettlebell history! 💥
On this very day back in 2019, two powerhouse women — Luiza and Marie — did something no Irish woman had done before...
They stepped up and competed long cycle with 2x24kg kettlebells 🔥💪
They didn’t just lift bells —
They lifted *limits*.
They cracked open a door so others could charge through.
What was once a “can’t” became a “HELL YES WE CAN.” 🙌
Here’s to the rule-breakers, the record-makers, and the women rewriting the playbook.
