Massive congratulations to Seán Cooke, member of the winning Irish national team at the International Tetrathlon Down Under this July! 🇮🇪✨
Seán had an absolute stormer across all four phases—shooting, swimming, running, and riding:
🥇 1st Place in the Swim phase! 🏊‍♂️💨
Placing🥈 🥉 Overall individually in 2 of the 3 competitions.
Beyond the competition , Seán had the time of his life soaking up the Aussie sun, bringing home unmatched memories, lifelong friendships, and true tetrathlon camaraderie.
We couldn’t be prouder of our A squad standout! (And how great was it to see the KSC t-shirt making an appearance on the other side of the world! 👕🌏)

Massive congratulations to KSC’s Chloe Thompson (A Squad) and Dylan Burke (Alumni) for representing and Team Ireland 🇮🇪 at the European Youth Lifesaving Competition in Rome! 🇮🇹🏊‍♂️✨
Together with Team Ireland, they helped secure an outstanding 6th place overall🌍🏆

🏊‍♀️ SWIM SQUAD VICTORIES AT LOUGH KEY FOREST! 🏆🌊
Huge congratulations to our incredible swimmers who absolutely crushed it at the Lough Key National Open Water Swim last weekend! The hard work, endurance, and sheer grit on display was next level.
Check out these incredible results:
🥇 Nyah Vaughan took on the mammoth 10km race and brought home the WIN in the O19’s! A phenomenal test of stamina and mental toughness—what an achievement!
🥇 Jane O’Connor dominated the 3km race, taking 1st place in U16’s and finishing as the first female home overall!
🌟 Emma O’Connor put in a fantastic performance to take 4th place in the 1500m!
So proud of the whole team representing with such passion and power in the open water.
