Classes started on the 7th January 2014, Nicky's Fitness is now in it's third year!
Book a place now to get in shape! Intense circuit/ strength training/ boot camp workouts for both men and women. As you progress from week to week, so will the intensity of your workouts. Please contact me for bookings and with any queries you may have.
