Today we are chatting with a firm favourite from the box. This man's love of all things creepy is mind blowing. Most of us keep dogs and cats. Stefan has a wide array of, I can't believe I'm saying this but, beautiful spiders, insects, birds and reptiles. I'd recommend asking to see pictures the next time you see him!

Maurice shouting "Breathe"
The usual suspects (including me) asking "what's the workout" when the countdown clock is on 3.
Anyone hitting a PB and ringing the bell 💪.
Any open workout in the box. It's the best buzz.
Any opportunity to have craic. Especially slagging the Tipp lads about the one in a row.

So it would appear that we are entering another 7 weeks of same s #&t, different day again! It will be at least APRIL 5th before we will be permitted to reopen our doors, possibly longer. Thoughts??? I for one am hoping that the stretch in the evenings, coupled with some better weather will help boost morale somewhat. It's tough. How is everyone feeling?
