NORTHAMPTON WORKSHOPS 💫

I was so lucky to head down to Northampton last weekend to work with three lovely dance schools ☺️ we covered mindset, goal setting, plyometrics, turnout, posture, core, extension & feedback on dances. It was a very busy 3 hours 😅 but every dancer gave 110% and worked so hard!!

GIBBONS ACADEMY WORKSHOP 💫

Starting off 2026 strong with these little superstars from the in Leeds 🩵❤️ we worked on competition mindset, goal setting, turnout, arches and posture.

I’ve had a little break from workshops and today reminded me just why I love it so much. Working with the next generation and seeing how much they love Irish dancing is just so precious 🥹 I can’t wait to see all that they achieve!!

I had a brilliant time earlier this month working with - one of the longest standing Irish dance schools in my home region of North West England ❤️ what a pleasure!!!

We worked on mindset, goal setting, making a plan for home practice, power, stamina, toe height and arches 😊 every dancer worked so hard! Well done everyone!!

Sometimes spending hours and hours on Zoom, day after day, can get tiring. But it’s also the most rewarding and special thing to be able to work with so many dancers all over the world and help them reach their full potential… whilst actually enjoying the journey!
