August was a good one. 🤌🏼

Busy days, tired days, good days… but we kept showing up for the movement, the music, the laughs and each other.

And this month was extra special because we had Viola Honzová with us through Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs. She became part of the classes and all the little moments in between, and it already feels strange without her here. 🥹

Such a fun (and slightly evil 😂) way to finish our 35-minute Pump to the Beat class.

Glutes + legs, all to the beat 🎶 and yes… they were definitely feeling it by the end. 😮‍💨

We squat, lunge, lift, push, pull, run, balance… occasionally stop for a completely necessary dance break 😂 and finish by slowing it all down with a good stretch.

Strength + cardio + balance + music + a lot of fun squeezed into one class.
