Graden Sand-Inject vs GKB Sandfiller

DT Golf own and operate both the Graden and GKB machines. We have operated them for the past 4 years. Here is our insight of both machines and how they can work for you.

GKB Sandfiller:
✅ Scarifies, backfills and cleans the surface all in one pass
✅ Just one operator required
✅ Can be operated even if the weather is little more damp

❌ Not suited to undulations
❌ Not suited to shallow rooted greens
❌ Harder to manouver on greens

Graden Sand Inject:
✅ Best used on shallow rooted turf
✅ Can be used on all greens even severly undulated types
✅ Easier to manouver on greens

❌ Less favourable to damp weather
❌ 2 operators required
❌ More staff to fill hoppers and clean up afterwards
