Navé Yoga is a stunning Yoga Studio located in the beautiful town of Killarney. Navé Yoga opened the doors to its studio in Killarney in April 2014.
This exciting new studio offers a range of daily yoga classes including, hatha yoga, power yoga, vinyasa flow yoga, pregnancy yoga, and iyengar yoga. Navé Yoga will also offer personal yoga tuition for those wishing to benefit from that one to one experience. Elaine O'Donoghue is the primary teacher at the studio. Elaine completed her yoga teacher training (RYT200) in Brisbane Australia in 2013. E

On the morning of May 9th, Navé is joining with .ie for a community Darkness Into Light walk in support of Pieta House.
Meet: Ross Castle car park - 4:00am
Walk starts: 4:15am
Tea & coffee afterwards at Activate
This morning is about coming together, supporting one another, and reminding people they’re not alone. Everyone is welcome, family, friends, or anyone who simply wants to walk alongside others.
As there is no official Killarney walk this year, you can register through the official Darkness Into Light Kerry link (in our profile) and select any Kerry location as your venue (We’ve selected Glenbeigh). We will still be meeting at Ross Castle regardless.

We had a beautiful two days leading yoga classes at St Oliver’s for their sports days and active week. 🧘♀️🧘
They were definitely lucky with the two days they picked ☀️ and the kids were absolutely super 👏

🧘 Yin & Yang Workshop
Friday 1st May | 7:40pm - 9:40pm 🧘♀️
Hatha • Yin • Sound ✨
An evening to come back into balance.
We begin by grounding into the body, arriving in the present moment. From there, we move through gentle, energising Sun Salutations and mindful movement to awaken Yang energy — building warmth, strength, and flow.
As the body opens, we soften into a nourishing Yin practice. Long-held, gentle postures invite stillness, release, and a deeper inward connection.
A balance of effort and ease. Movement and stillness.
Yang and Yin.
We close with sound, allowing space to fully rest and integrate.
A chance to slow down, reset, and come home to yourself 🤍
