A massive thank you to this amazing mom for sharing her journey. Walking into a gym after having a baby can be incredibly daunting, so hearing that our Mom & Baby classes gave her a safe, welcoming space to do something for herself is exactly why we do what we do. (And we loved having her little girl rolling around with the crew! 👶❤️)

Watching her transition seamlessly into our small group classes and absolutely crush her goals has been amazing.

GYM BASED CLASSES:
There will be 2 contact classes a week for the 4 weeks running on Tuesday and Thursdays from 9:30am - 10:30am and 10:45-11:45am (please state your preferred time at time of enquiry)

You can wheel the buggies in with you or the car seats and attend to the little ones whenever you need or have them down on the mats so they can see mummy work out 😊

Benefits include:

➡️Improved back strength and mobility
