Online Client Transformation ✅
22kg+ decrease in Bodyweight so far and still moving 🔥
Being young obviously has plenty of upsides, one of them being there’s plenty of reasons to socialise every week 😶
With that being said it can be factored in each and every week by having the appropriate calories set ☑️
This client trains primarily at his home gym and so we made a program to suit the equipment he has on hand. He plays football and hurling weekly too 🤗
He has told me he feels fitter playing matches and is more capable of keeping up with the pace of the game and training.
Being fit enough to play matches is a massive goal when we started working together ✅

12 Week Online Client Transformation ☑️
This client came to me with the initial goal of putting on some size.
We had the discussion and agreed that a fat loss phase would be a better decision prior to a building phase.
A little clean up of his current diet (keeping his routine and similar food types), slight changes in cardio output, steps and an updated program has helped maximise his results.
10kg down seen above, and a definite change in confidence and mode (as I have seen myself). He is now in a good place to build some muscle we move forward after his holiday.

Too much emphasis can be placed on losing weight sometimes…
By concentrating on what you can add to your current lifestyle rather than what you take out can have a similar impact 💯
Add resistance training sessions 💪🏼
Add more whole foods 🍏
Add more steps
Add some cardio 🏃♂️
The introduction of these habits will help with building muscle and improve your overall lifestyle.
Similar changes will occur and put on you the right path for change.
