We are super proud of our teammate that competed in the Grappling Series event in cork. Loads of experience and fun had and lots of medals come back to the tribe. Well done everyone who came to support their tribe.

Last night was an amazing moment in our tribes history. Our home grown Mark O Brien was awarded his well deserved blackbelt under Coach John Kavanagh. To say how proud we are is an understatement. Mark is one of the original founding fathers of the club and has grinded for past 15 years. A cornerstone of the team. Thank you John and all those that share this special moment.

A successful charity open mat today. In aid of Aneta’s lymes disease treatment. A massive thank you all those supported the cause. We are delighted with the turn out, the vibe on the mat and our communities generosity. €500 was raised with the 2 hour open mat and Nikki Reidy bake sale after.
