1st place overall academy at the Cork Ireland Grappling Series

Thank you to everyone who represented the club including competitors, parents and coaches!

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting yet another kids camp this July.

Our kids classes have successfully grown since we opened in 2020 and we would like to spend time during the summer teaching some of the elements of Jiu-Jitsu through fun games and activities in our camps.

We will be running two camps for different age groups.
Both camps are completely beginner friendly!
July 20th to 24th - 5-8 year olds
July 27th to 31st - 9-13 year olds

The camp times are as follows:
10AM-1PM Monday-Thursday at Aontach Jiu-Jitsu
9.30AM-1PM Friday at The Glen Resource Centre

The camp will include Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, judo, self-defence, mindfulness/yoga, a tournament towards the end of the week and an activity day at The Glen Resource Centre with a Pizza Party on the Friday.

Prices are €120 per child, and a discount of €100 per child if more than one child from the same household is attending.

Limited spaces available so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment.

€50 deposit needed to secure spot.

All of our coaches are garda vetted and registered with the Irish Amature Wrestling Association as well as University trained children’s coaches.

We believe that helping children increase their activity levels through Martial arts not only improves their general health and fitness, but increases their cognitive ability, helps them gain confidence, learn respect and learn self-defence
