We are so excited to bring you our first mothers & babys class where you can build your strength and confidence and not have to worry about leaving your little one! 👩‍🍼

Bring your new arrival along in their car seat, buggy or on a mat and join jayne for a 5 week block excersise classes come plenty focused on regaining strength during postpartum, starting September 23rd at 10.45am (45min class) 👶

We are inviting you firstly to come along to our FREE trial next Wednesday September 16th at 10.45am to meet Jayne and understand the class a little better 😊
