These two have been absolutely flying it lately. Training twice a day! Morning sessions, evening sessions - they are getting it DONE! And always with smiles in their faces 💪

With a wedding to look forward to next year, they’ve been smashing their training and staying CONSISTENT 👏 and they’re two of the loveliest people you’ll meet around KO 💛
