⚡️ Bathroom Update ⚡️
The bathrooms are finally starting to look like bathrooms again 🙌
Both bathrooms are now back in use, with just a few finishing touches left to do!
Our painter is in next weekend while the gym is closed to get the walls finished, along with a few other finishing touches.
Thanks so much for bearing with us through the chaos - we really appreciate everyone’s patience! 🙏

KO Fitness is Open as Normal! 💪
Bathroom renovations are still underway and running a couple of days behind, but we’re working hard to get everything finished. Our temporary bathroom facilities remain in place in the meantime.

We are excited to announce that we are renovating our bathrooms this weekend - unfortunatelt that means they will be temporarily out of use. We have arranged alternate bathrooms but showers will be unavailable!

We’re delighted to be hosting a FREE Wellbeing Workshop at KO Fitness next Saturday, July 11th at 1pm.
Michaela will be leading the session upstairs in the gym, focusing on the importance of looking after both your mental and physical wellbeing. Whether you’re a member of KO or not, everyone is welcome to come along.
It’s a relaxed, friendly environment with light refreshments provided, so bring a friend and join us for an afternoon of learning, connection and self-care 💛
